Vegetarianby *PURErubeCommentsDevious CommentsI honestly like the idea of multiple possibilities for emotions. It allows ones imagination to take over and formulate their own view and even their own stories for those who are writers.
-- I hath become nicknamed Riri. If there's one thing I've learned in life, it's to never regret your decisions as they are ones that have made you the person you are today. My Gallery Lovely critique, thank you so much! I do disagree on the part where you think you have no idea what I'm trying to say. I know you get a lot of mixed messages, even if I did only intend to show ONE, but some people cant really grasp the real meaning behind this photo, so its always fun to see what other people think of it. But thanks again! I enjoyed reading that
-- -Ruberman Yeah...like I said, it's not necessarily an issue that needs to be fixed, per se. But it's one of those bits of insight into the viewer's point of view that you as the artist wouldn't necessarily pick up on (seeing as you know what you were intending), but is still important to be aware of. ^_^
-- "Beauty is not seen, but rather felt, throughout the entirety of one's being. Until one learns to let that beauty in and allow it to flow unhindered through his veins, he will never comprehend it. This is what makes the artist separate from the man." |
That being said, I do have a small issue with the content itself. I really have no idea what you're trying to say to me with this image. At first it's gruesome, then light-hearted, then serious...there's no real, palpable emotional content to the image. One could argue that this isn't a problem, which I would agree with to a degree, but I think it does detract from the overall impact of the image just a bit.
In the end, a job very well done. Thank you very much for sharing!
