Artist's Comments

I see there are limits, but I refuse to engage them with the whole of my focus.

From my downtown shoot with nohbdy.

Nice vibrant shot, ah are you as disappointed as I am with they stopped making Kodak gold 100?
:iconkironaoftheskies:
::shrug:: Meh. I overall prefer 200. It's more versatile. Also, a friend gave me a bunch of the 200 for free. ^_^

But yes, it is pretty sad. =(

Because they stopped making ISO 100 film, Ive stopped doing film photography.
Because, ISO 200 film for the night just isn't the same. The timing the aperture the focal lengths are all different.

=(

Oh you should try some night photography.
:iconkironaoftheskies:
Oh, trufax. Night photography definitely requires 100.

I tried some night photography with 200. Epic fail. u__u

:iconnoir11:
Ah, so then it was digital for me. depressing no?
:iconkironaoftheskies:
Indeed. =(

I'm currently dabbling in both...I don't have one I prefer strongly over the other. I lean slightly towards digital simply because I like going on shoots and being able to take hundreds of photos without having to spend tons of money on film development later, but there is a quality to film that digital just can't match. So, I am impartial.
